Do you want to achieve your goals while enjoying your diet and thriving in life?
Of course you do. But it’s not that simple, right?
I know nutrition can be a complex subject (hell, I spent years studying it). That doesn’t mean your diet needs to be complex. In fact, I can show you how simplifying your diet will help you to:
- reach your goals,
- overcome mental barriers,
- energise your day-to-day life and
- free up more of your precious time for the important things.
Right now you may be sitting at your computer desperately searching for that “one” diet or supplement, which will finally give you the weight loss you’ve been fighting for, the past 5 years. Your frustrated that every website, celebrity and diet book has contradictory information, all promising that their diet is the best. It’s confusing, maddening and leaves you more muddled than when you started.
Maybe you’re sick of feeling lethargic and constantly battling illnesses. You’re struggling to have enough energy to live the life you deserve. You want to wake up feeling good, be productive at work and still have energy to train, play with your kids or socialise in the evening.
Perhaps you’re tired of the guilt, the lack of control and the disappointment of riding the restriction / binge rollercoaster. You’re feeling deprived and unable to eat your favourite foods. Then, you’re binging on those foods and starting all over again.
Or maybe you know what to do, but you just can’t find the motivation. You’re unsure of where to start. Maybe you don’t feel confident to plan and prepare meals that fit with your goals and lifestyle.
Would you like to feel confident and in control of your nutrition?
Would you like to not only achieve your goals, but enjoy life while you do it?
I can help!
I’m James. An Associate Nutritionist and personal trainer. I’m here to refresh your nutrition and diet approach. I can help you get back to enjoying life while still achieving your goals. With the amount of information around, it’s easy to get bogged down in the minor details. I can help you to focus on the proven aspects of nutrition, which have the greatest return on investment. I can help you to stress less and get back to doing the things you love.
Imagine having the knowledge and confidence to construct to a wide variety of meals, that you love, whenever it suits you.
Imagine boosting your energy and performance in the gym, on the field, at work or even at home. You can! You can feel confident to maintain a social life and have meals out with friends, rather than eating chicken breast at home as a social recluse because you don’t want to “ruin” your diet.
Come and have a chat and I’ll guide you towards balance and freedom. Balance; so that it doesn’t have to be one or the other. Freedom; to tailor your nutrition to fit in with your lifestyle, not take over it.

Q&A with James!
What’s your favourite food?
Hmmm cheesecake, fresh prawns, roast lamb or pork, smoked trout, a good burger… I could go on haha.
What’s your favourite cooking method?
Roasting. Roasted vegetables are the best.
Why did you become a nutritionist?
I find the human body fascinating and the role nutrition plays is one aspect that I particularly enjoy. I also suppose when I discovered that you can have your cake and eat it too haha. Meaning it’s possible to eat food you love, enjoy life to the fullest, be social and achieve your body composition goals. That you don’t have to necessarily sacrifice one for the other. So I enjoy trying to educate and teach people this.
What’s your superpower?
Your audacious goal?
To have the financial freedom and career flexibility to be able to work and travel around the world.
And lastly, 5 organisation tips that help you eat well.
- Put aside 10 mins or so on a Sunday (or whichever day suits) for weekly meal planning and what groceries will be needed.
- Always have a couple of packets of frozen vegetables in the freezer.
- Make an extra serving or two of dinner and have lunch prepped for the next day.
- Make nutrient dense options easily accessible.
- Having some steamed rice packets and tinned salmon/tuna at home/work along with point 2 is a super fast, nutritious meal.
