Mango Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup oats, rolled
- ½ cup milk, any soy for vegan option
- 100 g yoghurt, natural (½ cup) soy for vegan option
- 1 tsp honey maple syrup for vegan option
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ mango cubed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together with ice cubes and a dash of cold water, and place in a blender. Blend on high until it becomes a smooth consistency.
