Greek yoghurt choc dip

Here at The Healthy Eating Hub we are big fans of balance. It would be damn near impossible to eat a perfect diet of 100% whole foods. So why set yourself up with that expectation? It’s okay to include sweet treats on occasion. Often, when you give it a little thought, you can make less nutritious foods a little bit healthier.

Our dietetic intern, Rebecca Shepherd, got creative in the kitchen this year and (literally) whipped up this chocolate yoghurt dipping sauce. Yes, it has chocolate in it (heaven forbid). But by adding some Greek yoghurt she has boosted the protein and calcium content and made the chocolate go a bit further.

This could be the perfect sweet treat to take into your next work morning tea!
