Cream Cheese, Salmon & Rocket Crackers

- 2 rice cakes (Sunrice Rice and Grain Seed)
- 20 g cheese, cream (1 tbsp)
- 50 g salmon, smoked
- ½ cup lettuce, rocket
- Spread rice cakes with cream cheese then top with smoked salmon and rocket.
