Rice cakes and wholegrain crackers were a staple in my family pantry whilst growing up. However, apart from Vegemite or cheese, I really didn’t know what else to put on them. Lucky for us, Kate Freeman has solved that problem! She has used Sunrice Rice and Grain rice cakes to show you (and me) how creative you can be with your cracker toppings. It really is super easy to create quick, delicious and nutritious snacks and meals with a few simple, fresh ingredients.
Two of these rice cakes with topping make for a great filling snack, whilst four would be a quick, easy and delicious lunch. We hope you enjoy!
