Curried Egg Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 wrap, wholegrain
  • 2 egg hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, whole egg fat-reduced
  • ¼ tsp curry powder
  • ¼ cucumber, any thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, leaves, mixed

Instructions
 

  • Peel the boiled eggs and coarsely chop. Mix through mayonnaise and curry powder.
  • Spread the egg mixture over one end of the wrap.
  • Add cucumber and mixed salad, roll up and serve.
