Phew, it’s hot outside! Let these delicious frozen fruit popsicles keep you cool!

How great is summer? We love it so much and think the best thing about a hot summer’s day is enjoying a delicious frozen treat.

Epic food combinations are what make these popsicle ideas absolute winners! Give them a go and while you’re at it have a try at making your own combination of your favourite flavours. Here are some of ours!

Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients

Option 1 – serves 2

  • 1 x mango
  • 1 x peach
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • Sprinkle cinnamon/nutmeg

Option 2 – serves 2

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 12 x strawberries
  • 200g x watermelon
  • 1 tbsp. mint

Option 3 – serves 1

  • 2 x oranges
  • 1 x small carrot
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence

Option 4 – serves 2-3

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 x cucumber
  • 1 x green apples
  • 1 tsp. ginger

Method

  • Place all ingredients from one option into a processor, blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smooth mixture into icy-pole molds, or plastic cups with paddle pop sticks placed in the middle of the mixture.
  • Freeze over night and enjoy!
