How great is summer? We love it so much and think the best thing about a hot summer’s day is enjoying a delicious frozen treat.
Epic food combinations are what make these popsicle ideas absolute winners! Give them a go and while you’re at it have a try at making your own combination of your favourite flavours. Here are some of ours!
Mango and Peach Popsicles
Recipe Serves 2 people
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 peach, yellow
- 130 g yoghurt, greek (½ cup)
- 2 tsp honey
- cinnamon/nutmeg sprinkle
Instructions
- Place all ingredients from one option into a processor, blend until smooth.
- Pour the smooth mixture into icy-pole molds, or plastic cups with paddle pop sticks placed in the middle of the mixture.
- Freeze over night and enjoy!

Berry Popsicles
Recipe Serves 2 people

- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 12 strawberries, fresh
- 200 g watermelon
- 1 tbsp mint, fresh

- Place all ingredients from one option into a processor, blend until smooth.
- Pour the smooth mixture into icy-pole molds, or plastic cups with paddle pop sticks placed in the middle of the mixture.
- Freeze over night and enjoy!
