I’ve met very few people who ‘don’t like tea’. In my opinion, they just haven’t drank it properly (or haven’t made it well)?! Tea in winter is essential to me, it’s extremely comforting and warming! Who remembers catching a cold as a kid and your mum making you a lemon and honey drink plus a huge batch of chicken soup, claiming they would fix everything?! Ahh the memories!

These foods may not actually cure you immediately, but they sure help you feel better!  Mums’ know everything after all, right?! Enjoy this classic recipe!

Lemon & Honey Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 200 ml water boiled

Instructions
 

  • Add the honey and the boiled water into a mug or glass. Next add the green tea and allow it to steep for 2 minutes, and then stir in the lemon juice.
  • Snuggle up with a book and a blanket and enjoy!
