The Healthy Eating Hub complies with privacy requirements as set out in the Health Records (Privacy and Access) Act 1997 Schedule 1 and shall ensure that all practitioners who are part of the team at The Healthy Eating Hub are aware of those requirements and do the same. We will, under no circumstances, share your information with a third party unless you agree in writing.

You are able to request access, in writing, to your information and treatment notes at any time. These will be forwarded to you via email or post once your request has been received.

In the case of custody arrangements, it is the parent of the client’s responsibility (parent who brought the child to The Healthy Eating Hub) to share these records with the other parent.

Mailing List

Your personal details collected as part of our mailing list is treated with the strictest confidence and will only be used to share tips, advice, recipes and any useful information as decided by The Healthy Eating Hub and to notify you of news and events when they occur.
