Positive eating behaviours start during childhood and can set them up for life. As we all know, changing or establishing new eating habits in adulthood is a lot harder. Let’s give our kids a head start!

In this presentation, Registered Nutritionist Kate Freeman, will address all the key issues around fussy eaters and provide some guidelines on how you can set your kids up for a healthy future and have happy family meals in the mean time.
