Ricotta, Blueberries and Honey Crackers
It is super easy to create quick, delicious and nutritious snacks and meals with a few simple, fresh ingredients. Two of these rice cakes with topping make for a great filling snack, whilst four would be a quick, easy and delicious lunch. We hope you enjoy!

- 2 rice cakes (Sunrice and Grain Seed rice cakes)
- 50 g cheese, ricotta (2 tbsp)
- ½ punnet blueberries
- 2 tsp honey
- Spread rice cakes with ricotta then top with blueberries and drizzle over the honey.
