Ingredients
  

  • 110 g cheese, ricotta, low fat
  • 2 crumpets, wholemeal toasted
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 10 g almonds, flaked
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Spread the ricotta evenly across the two crumpets.
  • Top each crumpet with sliced banana, a spinkle of almonds and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately and enjoy!
