  • 1 wrap, wholegrain
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • ½ cup spinach, baby
  • onion, red finely sliced
  • bunch mint, fresh finely chopped
  • 120 g lamb, roast, cooked leftovers
  • ½ tomato, common sliced

Instructions
 

  • Spread hummus over wrap. This helps the wrap hold together.
  • Place salad ingredients onto wrap, along with the lamb slices.
