Smoked Salmon Cracker Combo
Recipe Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 8 cruskits
- 4 tbsp cheese, cream
- 200 g salmon, smoked
- 4 cup lettuce, rocket, baby
- 2 tomato, common sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the 8 cruskits. Layer each cruskit with the smoked salmon slices, then add the rocket and tomato on top.
- Serve with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
