Ingredients
  

  • cup oats, rolled
  • ½ cup milk, any soy for vegan option
  • 100 g yoghurt, natural (½ cup) soy for vegan option
  • 1 tsp honey maple syrup for vegan option
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ mango cubed

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together with ice cubes and a dash of cold water, and place in a blender. Blend on high until it becomes a smooth consistency.
