Ingredients
  

  • 2 rice cakes (Sunrice and Grain Seed rice cakes)
  • 50 g cheese, ricotta, regular (2 tbsp)
  • ½ punnet blueberries
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Spread rice cakes with ricotta then top with blueberries and drizzle over the honey.
