Ingredients
  

  • 2 rice cakes (Sunrice Rice and Quinoa rice cakes)
  • 2 tsp aioli
  • 40 g chicken, breast cooked
  • 1 lettuce, baby cos (leaves only)
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts

Instructions
 

  • Spread each rice cakes with the aioli then top with chicken, one lettuce leaf and the alfalfa sprouts.
