  • Blender


  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g spinach, baby
  • 260 g yoghurt, greek, low fat (1 cup)
  • salt and pepper


  • Place garlic cloves, baby spinach and yoghurt into a blender. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth. Season with with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Serve with crackers.
