Yoghurt and Spinach Garlic Dip

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g spinach, baby
- 260 g yoghurt, greek, low fat (1 cup)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place garlic cloves, baby spinach and yoghurt into a blender. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth. Season with with salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve with crackers.
